Holistic Counselling therapy is an approach that deeply honours the connection between our Mind, Body and Being (or Soul).
The first goal we work towards is to acknowledge your current feelings, challenges, needs & triggers.
Next, we notice how the Mind, Body and Being are each affected by these challenges.
And finally, we come up with realistic strategies within your comfort range, to help you move forward.
We usually begin our first session with me offering you a non-judgmental space to get things off your chest, which can be very cathartic - and it also gives me a sense of your needs.
Once we better understand your needs, we then work together to find direction, gain confidence to navigate ahead and regain your sense of peace, zest and joy within.
I recognise that each person’s journey is individual and offer tailor-made wellbeing strategies that feel comfortable for you.
I also send you bonus voice-recorded Meditations that help nurture the Mind, Body and Being (you can listen to these as needed, but please not when driving or operating machinery!).
While my guidance does not offer medical advice for the Body, we can certainly discuss ways to harmonise between Mind, Body and Being.

I have trained in Psychology/Law and a Masters in Counselling & studied various Meditation teaching styles in Australia, Nepal, Thailand & Indonesia. I have worked in wellbeing since 2002 and held a private practise since 2017.
I welcome clients from different faiths, beliefs, cultures & the LGBTQ+ community.
I look forward to being a supportive person in your life.

BOOKING FAQs
How to book: Once booking is made, I get in contact to confirm your in person, phone or Zoom appointment.
Please allow reasonable time for me to acknowledge your booking, as I may be with clients.
Where:: Phone/Zoom or in person at The Healing Space, 3 Lymington Rd, Cygnet, TAS
Parking: free onsite/street
Wheelchair ramp
Payment: A non-refundable $50 deposit is required.
The remaining amount is automatically deducted at your booking, or you can pay by cash in person
Reschedules within 24hrs may attract a fee.
Other: I do not offer medical or legal advice.
Refunds are not offered, after the session has been completed.
