What to expect:
Learn different tools each session to help calm the mind, that you can use anytime!
We don’t use cameras on our online call & we start at a later time, so people can conveniently join before bed and drift off to sleep straight after meditation.
My background: I have taught Meditation since 2002, after studying various Meditation teaching styles in Australia, Nepal, Thailand and Indonesia. These styles are respectful of all beliefs and work towards calming the nervous system and mind.

BOOKING FAQs
How to book: Please book your attendance, by making payment on this page.
Once I receive notification of your payment, I will send you a Zoom link to join the class. Please allow time for me to get back to you, as I may be in session when your booking comes through.
Cancellation policy: You can cancel anytime, however for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled class, I will retain $15 of your booking.
Other: I do not offer medical guidance in session.
Refunds are not offered, after class has finished.
