Mind, Body, Being - Day Retreat

My signature Retreat is centred on the Holistic Wellbeing model of nurturing Mind, Body & Being (or Soul).

The Retreat can be offered to both private groups, or open public groups in person and online.

The energy of my Retreat is very inclusive and the content tends to appeal to people from a variety of backgrounds.

Retreat Content:

Mind - 2hrs

We begin our retreat with a welcoming discussion circle. Everyone has the chance to briefly introduce themselves, or just be present while others speak.

Once we’re acquainted, we then discuss relatable life challenges that can have an impact on our Mind’s outlook - and discover effective tools to help the Mind regain peace and confidence, even when confronted with these challenges.

Body - 1hr

Many of us default to navigating our lives via our thoughts, however the Mind needs time out too!

It’s now time to experience the power of being completely grounded in our bodies and free from intrusive thoughts, with a seated/lying down guided Meditation.

You will even be given techniques for bringing focus back to the Body, if your Mind starts to wander during the meditation!

Refresh - 45mins

We then break for lunch (byo, or pre-order from our catering company’s menu, menu is seasonal and TBA).

Being - 1hr, 15mins

“Just being” should be the easiest thing in the world for us to do, yet today’s pace doesn’t always support this!

We begin by discussing this topic, then engage in a hands-on artistic activity that encourages you back into flow with your Being.

No art skills are needed - in fact, this activity helps you build confidence in your creative expression.

Choose from an artistic activity that best suits your vibe (all materials provided) from:

  • Affirmation/mandala paint-penning on small canvases

  • Collaging

  • Sand art

  • Recycled item weaving

We conclude our retreat with a friendly farewell circle, with the option to show-and-tell your artwork.
